About the role

Located in South Ari Atoll, less than 20 minutes from Velana International Airport by domestic flight, Villa Park is a magical isle open for exploring. Each day invites a sense of escape with exceptional diving, playtime pursuits and secret dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests coming for water sports activities immediately
• Assist the instructors in all activities at the water sports centre
• Plan and manage boat trips, catamaran sailing excursions, etc., in accordance with the Standard Operation Guidelines
• Work towards promoting sales
• Maintain materials, machinery, other equipment, and consumables properly at the centre
• Respect and follow the rules and regulations of Sun Island
• Attend weekly meetings conducted by water sports
• Observe the safety and security of guests at all times
• Assist and conduct practical courses in the absence of the instructor
• Manage and conduct daily maintenance services to motorized and non-motorized equipment
• Report to the base leader about faulty equipment, problems, and suggestions for improvement
• Ensure all activities are carried out safely and sincerely
• Update watersports administration software and other required reports and records

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Good level of physical fitness and stamina
• Outgoing personality
• Team player
• Flexible and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
• Water Sports Assistant Course (Desirable)
• Experience of working in a Water Sports environment (Desirable)
