Water Sports Guide

About the role

Attending the guests coming for water sports activities immediately. Assisting the instructors in all activities at water sports centre. Planning and managing boat trips, catamaran sailing excursions, etc., in accordance with the Standard Operation Guidelines. Work towards promoting the sales. Maintaining the materials, machinery, other equipment and consumables properly at the centre. Respecting and following the rules and regulations of Sun Island.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings conducted by water sports.
• At all times observe the safety and security of the guests.
• Assisting and conducting practical courses in the absence of the instructor.
• Manage and conduct daily maintenance services to motorize and non-motorized equipment.
• Reporting to the base leader about faulty equipment, problems and suggestions for improvement.
• Ensure that all activities are carried out safely and sincerely
• Updating watersports administration software and other required reports and records.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Have a good level of physical fitness and stamina
• Possess an outgoing personality
• Team Player
• Flexible and ready to work in a fast-paced environment
• Water Sports Assistant Course (Desirable)
• Experience of working in a Water Sports environment (Desirable)
