Water Sector Lead, USA

Job Description

The role of Water Sector Lead is a senior leadership position responsible for growing our business and our reputation in the Water sector in the region with priority focus on the USA. This senior Director level role includes determining and delivering the regional business generation strategy and assuming the responsibility for generating new business, building our proposition, building teams and capacity to deliver. You will assume full responsibility for the quality of our delivery and building client advocacy.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, Business, or related discipline. 15+ years of experience within the water and wastewater sector. 10+ years of leadership experience managing business growth, major programs, and multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated success winning and delivering large-scale water and wastewater infrastructure programs. Established relationships with key public-sector water utility owners and industry stakeholders across the U.S. Proven business development and client account management experience generating significant revenue growth. Strong financial, commercial, and risk management acumen. Excellent executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic leadership skills.
• Preferred Qualifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license. MBA or Master's degree. Experience leading a national water practice within a consulting, engineering, program management, or infrastructure advisory organization. Nationally recognized thought leader in the water and wastewater industry.
