Roto-Rooter Services Company is seeking an experienced Water Restoration Coordinator for its Minneapolis branch. The hourly range is $19.00-$21.00, depending on experience. Responsibilities

• Maintains regular communication with customers/technicians throughout the process
• Captures and coordinates with insurance adjusters, third-party administrators, and property managers
• Maintains accurate records within company software and management systems
• Supports the restoration team in achieving operational and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior office experience is preferred
• Must be able to speak and write in English
• Basic computer, Microsoft Office, and email knowledge is required
