Lead the growth of an established Water Resources practice while helping deliver infrastructure projects that strengthen communities throughout Indiana. You'll inherit existing client relationships, active contracts, and executive support to help expand water resources services throughout the region. Responsibilities
- Manage engineering projects from proposal through construction
- Develop and maintain client relationships while supporting business development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 10+ years of consulting engineering experience preferred
- Strong background in drainage, stormwater management, water distribution, wastewater collection systems, lift stations, and municipal infrastructure
- INDOT drainage and transportation experience highly preferred
Pay
$125,000 - $165,000 per year
