Schedule

• Create and upload Xactimate estimate
• Cook up appointments for water loss
• Cook up appointments for water loss

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers, in house technicians, and insurance adjusters throughout entire process
• Take new losses and dispatch after hours on a rotational basis

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with Google Apps (particularly Sheets)
• Familiar with Google Drive
• Ability to pass background checks
• Proficient with Xactimate
• Experience with industry specific programs like Restore 365 and DASH
