- Consistent attendance and punctuality
- General construction knowledge
- Possess the skills needed to multi-task while adapting to changes
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic including attention to detail, positive and professional attitude
- Possess strong customer service skills, able to handle challenging situations in a professional manner
- Clearly demonstrate effective communication skills both verbally and in writing, proficiency in Xactimate
