Water Law Associate

POSITION SUMMARY

Spencer Fane is looking for a junior- to mid-level Associate to join our Salt Lake City, UT, office to focus on water law within our Environment and Energy practice group. This position will involve significant work in all aspects of Utah water, including water rights administrative proceedings, litigation (including general adjudication), water rights transactions, water-related construction projects, real property disputes (including easements), special district and irrigation company governance, and condemnation. It additionally includes the opportunity for land use and zoning work (government).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school with excellent academic credentials
• Admission to the Utah state bar
