We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invented or summarized away detail. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove application instructions (like "Join Our Team", "Apply", etc). Also remove duplicated lines. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule must be included only if posting actually states them. The posting includes "Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am until 4:00pm." and "$95,000 - $105,000 a year Depending On Qualifications And Experience." So we can include Pay and Schedule sections. We need sections: About the role (maybe intro paragraph), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (What We're Looking For), Qualifications (maybe overlapping with Requirements? but we can separate: Requirements could be experience, certifications; Qualifications could be education, license; Skills could be communication etc). However we must not create thin sections; better to combine logically. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have content: About the role (first paragraph describing company and role). Responsibilities (What You'll Do list). Requirements (What We're Looking For list). Qualifications (maybe education, certification, license). Skills (communication). Benefits (What We Offer list). Pay (salary range). Schedule (hours). We must not include sections with placeholder text. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Water Distribution Manager". Use headings for sections. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content precisely. About the role: The first paragraph(s) before "LEAD A TEAM THAT DELIVERS SAFE, RELIABLE WATER EVERY DAY". Actually the posting starts with description of Woodard & Curran, then "LEAD A TEAM THAT DELIVERS SAFE, RELIABLE WATER EVERY DAY We're seeking an experienced Water Distribution Manager...". So About the role could be that introductory paragraph describing the role and company. We'll capture: "Woodard & Curran is an employee-owned engineering, science, and operations firm dedicated to clean water, a safe environment, healthy communities, and happy people. We foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that supports professional growth, flexibility, and meaningful work, empowering our employees to make a lasting impact on our clients, communities, and the planet." Then maybe also the sentence "LEAD A TEAM THAT DELIVERS SAFE, RELIABLE WATER EVERY DAY We're seeking an experienced Water Distribution Manager to lead our operations and maintenance team supporting Public Water Supply District #2 / East Central Missouri in St. Charles County, Missouri. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee critical public infrastructure, lead a talented team, and make a direct impact on the communities we serve. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, driving operational excellence, and managing large-scale water distribution systems, we'd love to hear from you." That seems like role overview. We'll include that as About the role. Responsibilities: The list under "What You'll Do:" with bullet points. We'll capture each as
  • . Requirements: The list under "What We're Looking For:" includes experience, certification, leading personnel, budget, knowledge, communication skills, HS diploma, driver's license. That's more like qualifications/requirements. We'll split maybe into Requirements (experience, certification, leading personnel, budget, knowledge) and Qualifications (education, license). Skills could be communication. But to avoid many thin sections, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section "Requirements" and maybe another "Skills". However we need to follow instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can include only those that have substantive content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (experience etc), Qualifications (education, license), Skills (communication), Benefits (What We Offer), Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". All our content is specific. Thus we will output:

    About the role

    Pay

$95,000 - $105,000 a year Depending On Qualifications And Experience.

    Schedule

    Monday - Friday 7:30am until 4:00pm.

We must ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We omitted those. Also we omitted "Additional Information" about background check etc. That is substantive? It's about background check, pre-employment physical, drug screening. Should we include? It's substantive info. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that info somewhere. Where? Could be under Requirements or a separate section like "Additional Information". But we only have allowed headings list; we could add a section like "Additional Information" but not in the list. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says "use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." Likely they expect only those headings. But we could incorporate the additional info into Requirements or maybe a separate "Requirements" subsection? It's not exactly a requirement but a condition of employment. Could be placed under Requirements as a bullet. That would preserve info. Let's add a bullet under Requirements: "Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening prior to employment." Also we omitted "Physical Requirements" section. That's substantive. Should we include? Could be under Requirements or a separate section. Since we have Requirements heading, we could add physical requirements there. But we already have Requirements list; we can add physical requirements as bullet(s). However the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding to Requirements is fine. Thus we need to incorporate Physical Requirements bullet(s) into Requirements. Let's extract Physical Requirements: "This position includes a combination of office and field-based work. Candidates must be able to: Regularly lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds. Walk active job sites and distribution system facilities. Climb ladders, stairs, and access utility infrastructure as needed. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Respond to operational and emergency situations when necessary. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety procedures." We can make bullet points for each. Thus Requirements will have bullets: experience, certification, leading personnel, budget, knowledge, background check, physical requirements (multiple). Might be many but okay. We also need to ensure we didn't duplicate lines. The posting also had "Additional Information: Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening prior to employment." We'll include that as a bullet. Now we need to check if any other substantive info omitted: "Join Our Team: This is an outstanding opportunity..." that's like marketing fluff, maybe could be considered boilerplate? It's not essential but could be considered part of About the role? Already we have introductory. Might be okay to omit as it's similar to earlier. The instruction: Remove duplicated lines. The "Join Our Team" paragraph is somewhat similar to earlier but not duplicate exactly. It's more of a call to action. Could be considered application instruction? It's not exactly instruction to apply but promotional. Safer to omit as it's not substantive detail about role. The instruction says remove application instructions. That paragraph is not exactly instruction but could be considered fluff. I'd omit. Also we omitted "Employee ownership and the opportunity to share in the company's success." etc we included under Benefits. We also omitted "Woodard & Curran offers a comprehensive benefits package. For more information about our benefits & workplace policies visit Benefit & Policy Information - Woodard & Curran ." That's a reference to benefits page; we already have Benefits list; we could note that but it's a link. Probably not
