Manager, Water Distribution & Wastewater Collection

About the role

The Water Distribution & Wastewater Collections Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of the system's infrastructure. This is to be done in a safe and efficient manner that meets all client and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of water distribution and wastewater collection systems
• Maintenance and repair of infrastructure
• Ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements
• Operational safety and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in water distribution and wastewater management
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of water distribution and wastewater collection systems
• Experience with asset management software
• Understanding of environmental regulations
