About the Role

Lead Water Damage Technician/Crew Chief position with PuroClean Restoration Specialists, a reputable and established leader in the restoration industry serving Phoenix, Scottsdale, and the Valley since 2006. Your mission is to restore homes and properties affected by water, fire, mold, and biohazard damages, providing exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Project management and proactive team leadership
• Quality assurance and client communication (including insurance adjusters)
• Documentation and continuous improvement
• Clean and restore damages following IICRC standards
• Ensure accurate and timely billing
• Exceed client expectations

Requirements

• IICRC Certification
• Technical expertise in water damage restoration, fire damage restoration, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup
• Proficiency in using equipment and applying best practices
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to reprioritize and maintain a sense of urgency
• Problem-solving skills and excellent communication
• Customer service orientation

Pay

$25 to $28 per hour depending on experience.
