Responsibilities

  • Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.
  • Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards, industry guidelines (IICRC), and insurance requirements.
  • Serve as the on-site leader, directing technicians, communicating with customers, and maintaining quality control throughout the project.
  • Perform expert-level water damage mitigation and restoration services according to Voda standards.
  • Lead and supervise restoration technicians on residential and commercial job sites.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within company standards.
  • Accurately complete work orders, logs, and appropriate restoration documentation.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and industry partners.
  • Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles.
  • Maintain inventory and organization of supplies.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Train and mentor new technicians.
  • Be a team player and ready to lead by example.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (or GED)
  • 2–5 years of restoration industry experience
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly
  • Ability to work after-hours emergency calls, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
  • Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
  • Preferred: IICRC certification (WRT, AMRT), CCT a plus
