Responsibilities
- Assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the timely and effective delivery of restoration services.
- Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards, industry guidelines (IICRC), and insurance requirements.
- Serve as the on-site leader, directing technicians, communicating with customers, and maintaining quality control throughout the project.
- Perform expert-level water damage mitigation and restoration services according to Voda standards.
- Lead and supervise restoration technicians on residential and commercial job sites.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity.
- Inspect completed work to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within company standards.
- Accurately complete work orders, logs, and appropriate restoration documentation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and industry partners.
- Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles.
- Maintain inventory and organization of supplies.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Train and mentor new technicians.
- Be a team player and ready to lead by example.
Qualifications
- High school diploma (or GED)
- 2–5 years of restoration industry experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds regularly
- Ability to work after-hours emergency calls, weekends, and holidays on a rotating schedule
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Adequate math skills. Ability to apply learned techniques to determine appropriate equipment type and number of units
- Demonstrates basic proficiency in the use of computers, email, and portable devices used to report and record daily activity
- Preferred: IICRC certification (WRT, AMRT), CCT a plus
