Water Blast Technician

Job Description

Operate company-owned vehicles as needed, following all safety procedures
Set up equipment on jobsites, including water blast hoses or vacuum hoses
Safely operate high-pressure water blaster units and vacuum equipment to clean and dispose of materials
Transport equipment to jobsite
Assess needs for routine or required maintenance on equipment
Prepares and inspect equipment daily or before each use
Maintain cleanliness of equipment after use
Demonstrate initiative in execution of assigned tasks
Ensures all tasks assigned are performed safely and with high quality, using the appropriate personal protective equipment, as needed
Effectively communicate with front-line supervisors

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year previous experience
• Able to control industrial hydro-blasting and vacuum equipment
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to withstand prolonged periods standing and working outside
• Physically able to perform assigned tasks
• Able to perform basic math
• Able to provide reliable transportation
