What You’ll Be Doing

• Blast Away Dirt & Debris
• Operate hydroblasting and industrial vacuum equipment like a pro.
• Work Smart & Safe
• Use PPE, follow safety procedures, and always look out for your crew.
• Handle Tough Jobs
• Work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, elevated areas, and other challenging environments.
• Hit the Road
• Travel to different job sites and take on new challenges regularly.
• Keep Equipment Running
• Help inspect equipment and report issues before they become problems.
• Stay Flexible
• We operate 24/7, so overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays can happen.
• Work as a Team
• No lone wolves here — we work hard and have each other’s backs.

What You Need

• 18+ years old.
• A high school diploma or GED (not required).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and handle physical work.
• Comfortable working in demanding industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus.
• Able to pass drug screening and medical testing.
• Able to remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.
