Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and maintain like-new condition.
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
- SOURCE and manage game parts to minimize expenses and maintain accurate tracking in the web-based system.
- Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
- Aid guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
- Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
- Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
- Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep.
- SUPPORT other locations with game setups, moves, and operational improvements as needed.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- A High School diploma and some technical training.
- A minimum of one year of technical experience or equivalent training through classwork or previous employment.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong communication and team leadership skills.
