Water Blast Technician

About the role

C&H Industrial is seeking experienced Industrial Cleaning Technicians / Machine Operators for a fast-paced, physically demanding role. This position requires a safety-first attitude and a willingness to handle a variety of tasks in demanding industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure water blasters, industrial vacuums, and other heavy-duty industrial cleaning equipment.
• Inspect equipment, maintain tools, and report any mechanical issues or damage.
• Tackle tough jobs in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and elevated areas.
• Communicate and collaborate with your crew to ensure safe and efficient job completion.
• Travel to different job sites and adapt to new challenges regularly.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Pass medical screening and drug testing.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical labor daily.
• Mechanical knowledge or previous machine operator experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working flexible schedules and traveling as needed.
• Must remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work experience in machine operation, warehouse work, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environments.
• Experience operating high-pressure hydroblasting equipment and industrial vacuums.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to company policies.
