About the role

C&H Industrial is seeking an Industrial Cleaning Technician / Plant Maintenance professional to join our dynamic team. This position offers a mix of challenging tasks and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure water blasters, industrial vacuums, and other heavy-duty equipment to ensure plants, job sites, and industrial systems are clean and safe.
• Support plant maintenance tasks to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures, prioritizing personal safety.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear in industrial settings.
• Tackle various tasks in demanding conditions such as extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and elevated areas.
• Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, overtime, and overnight assignments.
• Communicate effectively with your team to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
• Travel to different job sites to take on new challenges.
• Maintain and inspect tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow written/verbal instructions.
• Pass medical screening and drug testing.
• Capable of lifting up to 70 pounds and performing physical labor daily.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or maintenance experience is beneficial.
• Must remain clean-shaven for respirator safety.
