WASTEWATER TREATMENT MANAGER

- Manage daily operations of Water Campus and Gainey Ranch Water Reclamation facilities
- Oversee the operation of the Advanced Water Treatment (AWT) facility
- Ensure compliance with all environmental regulations
- Develop and implement strategies for improving water efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Train and mentor staff members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wastewater treatment operations
- Experience managing large-scale water treatment facilities
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage complex projects
- Experience with water reuse technologies
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
