What You'll Do
- Monitor and maintain wastewater treatment equipment and systems
- Perform daily oiling, greasing, and preventative maintenance on pumps and equipment
- Conduct chemical testing, drawdowns, and jar tests to maintain proper treatment levels
- Monitor pH levels, calibrate probes, and document readings
- Inspect pumps, water flow, and chemical delivery systems while making adjustments as needed
- Maintain water pit levels and overall wastewater system performance
- Complete required operational logs and documentation
- Follow all food safety, environmental, and workplace safety procedures
- Assist with other wastewater operations and maintenance tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Comfortable working around industrial equipment in wet or varying temperature environments
- Ability to work overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays
- At least 18 years and authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
- Preferred qualifications: Previous manufacturing, industrial, wastewater, or production experience, high school diploma or GED, stable work history
