Maintenance Technician

Pay

Starting pay at $28.00–30.00/hour with quarterly performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment turnovers and ensure units are move-in ready
• Handle maintenance repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep everything running smoothly
• Complete property inspections and coordinate with vendors as needed
• Provide exceptional resident service and communication
• Participate in after-hours emergency response/coordination

Requirements

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Team player with great problem-solving abilities
• Clear and professional communication (written and verbal)
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• 3+ years of apartment maintenance experience (preferred)
• Valid Iowa driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
