About the role
Your impact Jacobs is seeking a highly motivated Wastewater Project Manager to join our team in Bisbee, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Overall management and leadership of the project including profit and loss, permit compliance, process control, health and safety, quality, internal/external reporting, and employee supervision and management including staffing, compensation, training, performance management and workforce development.
- Building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
- Planning, organizing, operations, maintenance and improvement of the facility.
- Implementing health and safety policy and procedures and maintaining the operation process control including compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the facility, overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, biosolids management, SCADA and office management as well as the laboratory.
- Overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance within a Wastewater facility.
- Managing lab analysis, procedures and practices, and serving as Lab Director.
- Managing SCADA systems.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in the wastewater segment with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience working with, overseeing, and developing other employees training plans, and succession planning.
- Experience with developing and tracking a safety program with a high level of focus on safety procedures, communication, and training.
- Experience developing budgets, tracking actual expenditures vs budget and variance reporting.
- Experience developing a Capital Improvement Plan.
- Experience with compiling of data, DMR completion and submittal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
- Valid driver’s license with no major infractions.
- Expected to reside within 20 miles of the Bisbee project location.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Arizona Wastewater Treatment Level 3 Certification.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $92,000.00 to $100,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Schedule
Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
