Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the technical design of municipal pipeline and/or pumping projects
  • Prepare plans, specifications, cost estimates, and permit applications for linear infrastructure projects
  • Gather and analyze data to be used in the development of technical reports and memorandums
  • Conduct site visits, pipeline condition assessments, and field investigations
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior level staff
  • Support projects from conceptual design through construction phase
  • Assist with proposal development, client presentations, and business development efforts
  • Cope with municipal clean water utilities

  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience working in the design and delivery of water/wastewater/stormwater pipeline projects
  • Education: B.S. Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required

Qualifications

  • Engineer in Training Certification required
  • Registered Professional Engineer preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months

Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of hydraulic modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS, SWMM)
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6)
  • Understanding of stormwater management principles and practices

Pay

Salary range is $78,000 - $125,000/yr. NOTE: Final salary is based on education, experience, certifications, and location.
