Wastewater Plant Technician I
for section headings. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info.
We need to decide which sections to include based on presence of real specific content. Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay: they mention "Competitive Hourly Pay: Market-based pay with annual performance reviews and pay increases based on company and individual performance." That's specific enough? It says market-based pay, annual reviews, increases. That's substantive. So we can include Pay section.
Schedule: they mention "This position may require occasional overtime or shift work, including weekends and holidays." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule.
Benefits: they list comprehensive benefits: medical plans, dental, vision, 401(k) with 5% match, PTO accrues day 1, floating and company-paid holidays, company-paid life and disability insurance, employee assistance program. That's substantive. So Benefits section.
We also have About the role? Could use "About the role" as heading for job overview. Or "Job Overview". The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can choose appropriate headings. We'll include sections: About the role (job overview), Responsibilities (essential job functions), Requirements (what you need/qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule, Physical Requirements? Not in list but could be under Requirements or separate? The list didn't include Physical Requirements but we could include as a subsection? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe combine physical requirements into Requirements or Additional Information. But we have to preserve all substantive info; we can include Physical Requirements under Requirements or as part of Additional Information. Since they didn't list Physical Requirements as a heading example, but we can still use it if we think it's substantive. However they said "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." That suggests those are examples, not exclusive list. We could still add Physical Requirements if needed. But to keep few sections, we could incorporate physical requirements into Requirements or Additional Information.
We also have Certifications: OSHA Certification or equivalent safety training is preferred. That could be under Requirements or Qualifications.
We have "Desired Certifications:" repeated. We'll include under Requirements.
We have "What You Need:" and "Qualifications:" which are similar; we can combine.
We have "Additional Information": overtime, shift work, advancement opportunities. That's schedule-related; we already have schedule.
We have "Physical Requirements": we can include under Requirements or maybe a separate section but to keep few sections, we can incorporate into Requirements.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We must not include headings with filler. Ensure each section has substantive content.
