About the Role
Gain hands-on experience restoring the environment while developing your resumé through outdoor service throughout Washington.
Responsibilities
- Serve on a field crew (5-member crew + 1 supervisor)
- Plant native trees & shrubs along streams, rivers, and forests
- Support salmon recovery & habitat enhancement projects
- Construct backcountry and urban trails
- Mitigate and restore wetlands
- Clean up marine debris
- Construct bridges, boardwalks, and other trail structures
- Improve campgrounds & parks
- Participate in seasonal spikes, as available (8 days on, 6 days off service schedule)
