About the role
The Field Crew Member is responsible for performing various tasks related to infrastructure maintenance and repair.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair public infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and utilities.
- Respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Perform routine inspections and assessments of infrastructure.
- Use specialized equipment and tools to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate heavy machinery.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid.
Qualifications
- Experience in construction or maintenance work is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
