The Role
A Warranty Specialist will manage and facilitate the entire warranty claims procedure. They will need to answer customer questions in a professional and efficient manner. The warranty specialist will process and submit claims through NetSuite and Zendesk.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and process warranty claims and inquiries through the collection of data, research of claims, and investigation.
- Respond to customer inquiries or questions professionally and effectively.
- Determine the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction and company adherence to policies. Provide effective and timely communication to all internal and external contacts.
- Possess knowledge of the product lines to be able to demonstrate and discuss with customers.
- Answering emails from customers, gathering needed data to process warranty claims, providing instructions on submitting warranty claims.
- Perform additional duties to support ongoing business needs.
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Fluent in speaking and writing of the English language.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Previous experience using NetSuite and Zendesk (preferred).
