Warranty/RMA Specialist

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Process returns for non-conforming materials and products
• Cook up replacement parts and parts repairs on warranty claims
• Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents
• Aid customer service with RMA processing as needed
• Work closely with internal departments such as Purchasing, Administration, Accounting, Customer Service, and Manufacturing
• Document and report RMA trends/repetitive problems to your supervisor
• Maintain and organize RMA parts inventory
• Maintain, review, and update process documentation on a regular basis, creating new documents as required
• Review current Warranty/RMA processes regularly and implement changes to the process as required
• Resolve disputes with the suppliers related to returned parts and materials

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Required: Return or Warranty administration experience. Preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, self-motivated, and prompt
• Strong time management skills
• Friendly personality and good communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and deliver in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion and move about the facility to support the work
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
