WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Process returns for non-conforming materials and products
- Cook up replacement parts and parts repairs on warranty claims
- Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents
- Aid customer service with RMA processing as needed
- Work closely with internal departments such as Purchasing, Administration, Accounting, Customer Service, and Manufacturing
- Document and report RMA trends/repetitive problems to your supervisor
- Maintain and organize RMA parts inventory
- Maintain, review, and update process documentation on a regular basis, creating new documents as required
- Review current Warranty/RMA processes regularly and implement changes to the process as required
- Resolve disputes with the suppliers related to returned parts and materials
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
- Required: Return or Warranty administration experience. Preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Detail-oriented, self-directed, self-motivated, and prompt
- Strong time management skills
- Friendly personality and good communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion and move about the facility to support the work
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
