Warranty Claims Analyst

Job Summary

Kenworth Truck Company is seeking a Warranty Analyst to join our team. This role involves reviewing and processing warranty claims, supporting Kenworth Dealers and Fleet Customers, and managing accurate invoicing and reconciliation of Supplier Recovery related warranty costs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent years of relevant experience can substitute
• 2-3+ years of experience required
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Good recall of detail and mechanical aptitude
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with processing large volumes of data and providing data-driven answers
• Previous Automotive or Truck Dealership Service Advisor or Service Manager experience is a plus
