Job Summary
The Warranty Analyst plays a key role in managing and maintaining all warranty-related accounts, with a primary focus on Caterpillar warranty claims. This position is responsible for processing, reviewing, and submitting warranty claims in accordance with Caterpillar and internal guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Process, review, and submit warranty claims in accordance with Caterpillar and internal guidelines
- Research and resolve discrepancies, denied claims, and warranty issues to maximize recovery
- Maintain accurate warranty records, documentation, and reporting systems
- Collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams to ensure proper claim documentation and submission
- Provide technical warranty guidance and support to internal stakeholders
- Monitor warranty claim trends and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Ensure compliance with corporate, manufacturer, and accounting policies
- Communicate claim status, updates, and resolutions in a timely and professional manner
- Aid with audits and reporting related to warranty activity
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 3–5 years of related industry experience
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
- Working knowledge of corporate and manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and accounting practices

Physical Requirements
- Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting; to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time; to occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
