Warranty Analysis Engineer - Engines

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warranty Analysis Engineer to join our team in Auburn Hills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engine systems, warranty analysis, and problem-solving skills to drive improvements in product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze warranty data to identify trends and root causes of failures
• Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings effectively
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement corrective actions
• Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions through follow-up analysis
• Liaise with customers and stakeholders regarding warranty claims and resolutions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warranty process

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in warranty analysis or related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of engine systems and automotive industry standards is preferred
