Responsibilities
- Book warranty repair orders.
- Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up.
- Service contracts claim submission and follow up.
- Maintain receivables schedules.
- Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors.
- Investigate overdue, unsettled and short-paid claims.
- Maintain warranty database and records.
Requirements
- CDK and Auto Dealer experience is required.
- Possess strong communication skills and customer service experience.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to work well with others and be part of a team.
- Computer proficient.
