Key Responsibilities
- Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner.

- Cookordinate with service technicians and manufacturers to resolve warranty issues.
- Review warranty policies and ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Track warranty claim status and follow up as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support effective workflow.
Required Skills And Qualifications
- Experience in warranty administration or related field preferred.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a sedentary role for extended periods.
- Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
