Responsibilities
- Customer support to the Air Force/Government personnel on the Lead Project Officer (LPO) team.
- Coordinate nuclear weapon projects and their associated requirements detailed in DoE, DoD, and USAF directives.
- Lead and support weapon development activities and integration efforts to the Reentry Vehicle and Air Force programs.
- Monitor for and mitigate issues affecting the safety, surety, cybersecurity, or reliability of the weapon.
- Identify and manage program and technical risks.
- Develop detailed briefings for Air Force leadership on the Safety, Surety, Cybersecurity & Reliability Sub-Group status.
- Support meeting processes through meeting minutes, action items, agenda development, and action item tracking.
Qualifications
- Mandatory Qualifications: Full-time employment at Hill AFB, UT; DoD SECRET clearance or higher, with ability to obtain TS/SCI/SAP; Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Science; 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering or related field; Ability to work full-time at Hill AFB in Utah.
- PREFERRED Qualifications: STEM graduate degree; DOD/DoD/DoE acquisition experience; Air Force Program management experience; 2-3 years of production experience.
