Primary Responsibilities

• Avoid non-compliance with established internal control procedures
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, and safe manner
• Operate warehouse machinery safely and report any maintenance or problems to your supervisor
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years related experience and/or technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Preferred: 3 years of experience in inventory control, shipping/receiving, standing forklift operation, pulling order and sales orders, and experience with an ERP system

Job Requirements

• Ability to operate various styles of forklifts to meet production needs while adhering to all safety requirements
• Precise inventory control, good time management skills, and strong multitasking capabilities
• Demonstrated knowledge on operating within a general shop, material handling, and safety-focused warehouse environment
• Data entry skills

Physical/Non-Physical Requirements

• While performing the job, the employee is required to talk and hear
• The employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel
• The employee is often required to stand, walk, and maneuver about the shop floor
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts and vehicles
• The noise level in the work environment is moderate
• May have to lift up to 50 lbs
