About the role

Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Warehouser to join our team in Westfield, MA. Our warehouse workers are responsible for safely loading and unloading, organizing, and packing and unpacking freight.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trailers using appropriate equipment – carts, dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Picking, packing, and staging freight for pickup
• Physically lifting and moving boxes
• Utilizing scanners to read, track and monitor freight throughout the warehouse
• Operating with a customer service first mentality
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including but not limited to day and night shifts, weekends and/or holiday work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Prior experience in warehousing, freight and/or logistics preferred
• Ability to frequently lift merchandise weighing in excess of 25 lbs
• Ability to read, write and speak English; communicate effectively

Pay

Earn $20.15 per hour. Rate will increase to $22.20 after 12 months of employment. Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit.

Schedule

7:00 AM; Monday-Friday (with flexibility for day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
