Warehouseman

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Cook out and transport warehouse inventory and materials.
• Maintain and monitor warehouse inventory for inventory control.
• Compile and maintain accurate distribution records and/or logs.
• Maintain accurate records of material in relation to job number or work order number for billing purposes.
• Perform office duties including: telephone and radio communications, conduct surplus sales, data entry in to Micros/Midrange systems.
• Operate loader and/or forklift.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Keypunch and computer inventory program.

Education, Experience, Certifications And Licenses

• High school graduate or G.E.D./A combination of 12 years of education and related work experience.
• Valid Alaska Commercial Drivers License (with Haz-mat endorsement) that meets North Slope Borough insurance criteria.
• 49 CFR Hazardous Material Transportation Training Certificate.
• One year of work experience in a warehouse.

• This position is NON-Rotational.
• Housing is NOT provided.
