Warehouseman

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Receiving purchase orders
• Loading supporting documents onto sales order or SEC job files (packing slips, delivery tickets, invoices)
• Communicating with buyers regarding issues with purchase orders, requesting invoices
• Ensuring accuracy on incoming shipments, such as stock orders
• Stocking warehouse items received
• Identifying and sorting incoming freight and relocating for sales order or SEC internal jobs
• Communicating to maintenance groups via email confirming order readiness for pickup
• Aiding in the pickup and delivery of parts to sites
• Maintaining workspace, cleaning warehouse
• Handling material returning from internal jobs such as cores and compressor parts
• Fulfilling sales orders for internal and external customers from buyers
• Uploading supporting documents after order verification
• Fulfilling internal SEC orders for upcoming jobs (top ends, Quad-o and compressor in-frames)
• Staging outgoing materials, including shrink wrapping and palletizing
• Communicating inventory-related issues to supervisor
• Aiding in the pickup and delivery of parts to sites
• Maintaining workspace, cleaning warehouse
• Preparing material for shipment, documenting with serial numbers and quantities
