Warehouse Worker/Sanitation

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and pick up trash in assigned areas throughout the warehouse.
• Perform detail work such as removing stickers, cleaning white lines, and loading dock ramps.
• Drive a pallet jack, sweeper, or scrubber.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Be alert to safety rules.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to operate an electric pallet jack; training provided for scrubber or sweeper operation.
• Ability to work well with other associates and be a team player.
• Capable of lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, stooping, crouching, reaching, and lifting up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand on feet for up to 8–10 hours per day.
• Willingness to work in various temperatures ranging from room temperature to –30°F.
• Ability to complete written forms/reports and review reports given by associates.
• Dependable with good attendance.
• Flexible to work days or nights, including weekends.

Schedule

Must be willing to work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with Wednesdays and Thursdays off (subject to change based on business needs). Flexible to shift changes and covering other areas of the warehouse as needed.
