Position Summary
Clean, wash and sanitize meat, seafood and poultry processing areas and maintain cleanliness of workspace.
What you’ll do
- Prep Processing room for washing
- Power down machines using appropriate procedures
- Break down equipment for cleaning
- Remove cardboard, trash bags, inedible from processing rooms
- Use high and low pressure water wash systems with water temperature between 120-140F
- Use proper detergent and sanitizing chemicals following MSDS procedures
- Able to read labels for chemical identification
About you
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months of experience
