Responsibilities

• Aid in supporting key performance indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses.
• Work closely with the operations supervisor to distribute the workload evenly using the WMS system.
• Collaborate with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve issues with daily orders.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Manage various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.

First Shift (B shift): Thursday-Saturday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, every other Wednesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
