About the role

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining warehouse efficiency by receiving, labeling, storing, and managing inventory, as well as fulfilling customer orders. This is a full-time, 1st shift position (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) with opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, label, and store incoming shipments.
• Maintain clear and concise records of all inventory and stock.
• Scan items into the warehouse management system.
• Inspect stock for damages and document findings.
• Organize warehouse space and prepare orders for shipment.
• Pick orders accurately and efficiently.
• Record exact arrival and departure times for shipments.
• Operate stock management tools, including powered industrial equipment and pallet jacks.
• Count stock and maintain inventory records.
• Perform routine cleaning duties and maintain safety regulations.
• Interface with management to meet key objectives.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable safety and operational regulations.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately follow written and verbal directions.
• Regularly lift, push, pull, or move objects weighing 10–50 lbs, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, and occasionally sit, climb (ladders/stairs), or balance.
• Work in varied temperatures and environmental conditions, including narrow aisles.
• Strong vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate with teammates and supervisors.
• Open availability, flexibility to work various shifts, and overtime as needed.
• Familiarity with warehouse safety measures and commitment to workplace safety.
