Warehouse Wave Planner

About the role

The Warehouse Wave Planner coordinates and executes warehouse wave activity to support daily order fulfillment and operational flow.

Responsibilities

• Execute warehouse waves in alignment with daily operational priorities and order requirements
• Print assignment labels to support order processing and warehouse workflow
• Monitor and refill printers to maintain uninterrupted warehouse operations
• Cancel orders when required based on operational direction or system needs
• Handle material return documents accurately and in a timely manner to support inventory and warehouse processes
• Communicate low-supply conditions to plant or operational leadership so shortages can be addressed promptly
• Support efficient and accurate warehouse execution through timely coordination of wave-related activities
• Identify and address issues that could delay order processing to help maintain workflow continuity

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Clear communication with warehouse, plant, and support teams
• Working knowledge of warehouse order flow and fulfillment processes
• Able to identify operational issues and escalate them appropriately
