About the role

Ryder is hiring a Cycle Warehouse Management System Coordinator Assistant in Hagerstown, MD. The position offers weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a career path you can feel good about.

Responsibilities

• Aid in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and updating load statuses.
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor.
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders.
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location.

Pay

• Weekly pay.
• Hourly pay: $23.45 per hour.

Schedule

• First Shift (B shift): Thursday-Saturday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, every other Wednesday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm.
