Warehouse Technician

Location: Blue Anchor, New Jersey

About the role

Join our bakery as a Warehouse Technician and become a key part of our operations team. You'll support shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and food safety standards while working closely with logistics, production, and purchasing to ensure materials and finished goods move efficiently and compliantly throughout the plant.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, warehouse activities, and shipping/receiving tasks to ensure products move accurately and efficiently from dock to storage.
• Protect food quality by following safety rules, labeling requirements, and documentation standards while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate records, support process improvements and training, and use systems and tools to keep operations efficient.
• Work closely with teammates, drivers, and vendors, using clear communication, flexibility, and teamwork to achieve shared goals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience, including shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Ability to work safely around equipment like forklifts, trailers, and trucks.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in warehouse and office areas.
• Proficient with basic computer tools like SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work flexible hours, manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, and consistently follow company policies with dependable attendance.

Schedule

Day shift, Monday–Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs.

Pay

Starting wage: $28.50 per hour.
