Warehouse Team Member

Do it Best is ready to help you build a full-time, long-term career in our Woodburn, OR distribution center. You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles, including order fillers, shippers, receivers, forklift operators, and stockers. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

Pay

• Earn up to $26.92/hr
• Starting wage: $20.50 - $24.75 per hour, dependent on experience
• Regular wage increases every 180 days
• Eligible team members can earn an additional $0.77 to $2.17 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus

Schedule

• Regular weekday hours (Monday-Friday)
• Day shift

Requirements

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level, or above shoulders
