Warehouse Team Member

About the role

As a Warehouse Team Member at Do it Best, you will have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in various logistics and product fulfillment roles. You'll receive training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

- Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs - Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs - Assist in team lifts - Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop - Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders

Pay

Wage dependent on experience, starting from $18.50-$23.50 per hour with regular increases every 180 days. Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.69-$2.06 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus.

Schedule

Regular weekday hours, day shift (M-F).
