About the role
As a member of Chick-fil-A Supply, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to our restaurants.Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and order products from suppliers
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and food safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to product deliveries
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Knowledge of food industry regulations and standards
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
