Warehouse Team Member

About the role

We are seeking Order Fillers, Shippers, Receivers, and High Reach Operators for our growing team at the Harvard IL Regional Distribution Center. Starting Pay Rate is $18.10 per hour, with various start times available (2:00am / 7am / 8am / 12:00pm).

Responsibilities

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders

Requirements

• Ability to perform repetitive lifting of items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasional lifting up to 80-100 lbs
• Ability to assist in team lifts
• Standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping
• Performing tasks at floor level, waist level or above shoulders

Qualifications
