Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized, and well‑run facilities to provide the safest supply chain environment. Products handled include routers, modems, and related equipment.
Pay
Hourly Pay: $18.30 per hour (paid weekly).
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Six months of related warehouse experience (required); one year or more preferred.
- Intermediate ability to operate powered industrial trucks (stand‑up and sit‑down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks) and maintain them.
- Powered industrial truck certification.
- Intermediate ability to operate manual or automated warehouse/manufacturing equipment (e.g., packaging line) – preferred.
- Ability to read and perform basic mathematics in English for safety and work instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Proficiency with warehouse management system (WMS) data entry.
- Willingness to work overtime as assigned.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build professional relationships at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility, self‑drive, and ability to excel in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent multitasking, organization, time‑management, and detail‑oriented follow‑up skills.
- May be subject to additional screening (employment/education verification, motor‑vehicle record check, road test, background/badging requirements).
Responsibilities
- Package, kit, and/or assemble orders and materials.
- Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers.
- Complete all scanning tasks accurately.
- Assist in training dock employees on new procedures.
- Secure the facility at the end of shift and resolve scanning or housekeeping issues.
- Perform picking and packing duties.
- Inspect for product or container damage.
- Execute material moves with associated physical and logical transactions per location policies.
- Participate in workgroup and team activities to improve warehouse operations.
- Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
