Responsibilities
- Receive incoming products.
- Pick orders accurately.
- Pack shipments for delivery.
- Ship products to customers.
- Maintain inventory accuracy.
- Keep the warehouse safe, organized, and clean.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
- Customer‑focused attitude with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
- Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels and build positive working relationships.
- Ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and manage multiple deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self‑directed with a high level of personal organization and drive.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing job requirements.
- Working knowledge of all warehouse processes, with the ability to perform them as needed.
- Ability to be trained to operate powered industrial lift trucks and pallet jacks.
- Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
- Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, and the public.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Minimum of 2 years verifiable warehouse, distribution, delivery, or related experience (preferred).
- Ability to meet company requirements for operating a company vehicle.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment following required training and certification.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lb.
- Willingness to work in a warehouse environment with ambient temperatures and high noise levels, using required safety equipment.

Schedule
This position works a fixed schedule of Monday through Friday, second shift, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM. The hours are non‑flexible; applicants must be able to reliably commit to this schedule.
